1. What do you believe the most pressing issue facing your present organization, or one of the prior organizations for which you worked, is? Why do you believe management has struggled with this issue?
2. Based on what you’ve read in the background materials, do you think this problem may be minimized by employing an organizational development consultant? Why do you think that is? In your response, make sure to quote some of the readings.
3. Which of the action research and organizational development steps described in the required readings do you believe would be the most difficult for an organizational development consultant entering your organization to complete? Explain your argument and include at least one of the required background readings in your response.
