Abstract
The investigation is centered on an examination of Cookies, Inc.’s financial records, a relatively new corporation. Among other things, the contribution margin, full and variable costing, special orders, the internal rate of return, the cash budget, and material and labor variance were all considered when determining the company’s financial status. Data was analyzed to determine the best actions for the company as well as the actions that would have a negative impact. Based on the data provided, recommendations were made to the company to help them make more productive decisions and expand.
