Performance
The project’s output will be described in terms of its progress, and this will be attained by generating project metrics to assess actual progress compared to planned progress (Nalewaik & Mills, 2016). As such, focus will be put on establishing whether the output has reached the planned progress.
Features
In describing the output in terms of features, focus will be put in establishing whether the output meets the features of the project which include objectives, uniqueness, and whether it reflects the change that it was intended to bring.
Reliability
The output will be defined in terms of its ability to perform in the way or manner it was intended to perform in the efforts that have been deemed needed of that given output or under a certain period of time needed.
Conformity
With regards to conformity, the output will be described in terms of its ability to influence change in the society.
Durability
Durability denotes to the ability to withstand pressure, wear, or damage (Köhler et al., 2012). In this regard, in describing the output of the project, focus will be put on defining the degree of permanency of the output.
Serviceability
With regards to serviceability, the output will be described in terms of the degree with which the practical aspects of the project attainment with given resources meet the needs of users within a particular timeframe.
Aesthetics
With regards to aesthetics, the project output will be defined in terms of how it looks and feels.
Perception
In project management, perception is reality meaning that an output will only remain valued and valuable when stakeholders perceive it to be contributing to the success of a project. Therefore, output in this case will be defined in terms of its ability to contribute to the project success.
