The businessperson should also get knowledge on how to prevent different acts of co-operating crimes by both employees and the organization. Lastly, the businessperson should also learn ethical decisions in business that may result in legal problems.
The non-legal positions that require a more than average understanding of legal issues in the business world include Human Resource Managers who primary focus on planning, directing, or coordinating human resources activities and organization staff. The HRMs average salary is $126,700. The Human Resource Specialists that play the role of employing specialists who screen, recruit and interview, and place workers have an average salary of $66,790. The Business Operations Specialists with an average salary of $76,960 require a more than average understanding of legal issues (U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, 2019).
