Nike is an international organization that is specifically involved in the manufacturing, design, development, sale, and marketing of equipment, services, apparel, accessories and footwear (Mary E. Harris, 2012). It is a renowned company in the athletics industry together with the fashion industry. The headquarters of Nike are in Beaverton, Oregon. The organization has over 700 factories all over the world, and in 42 countries. Cumulatively Nike has engaged in the business for many years which enhance the credibility and success in the activities. The company has now employed about 24,667 employees globally and its yearly sales as per May 2006 were estimated to be $13,739 Million (Forbes Media, 2018).
Mission Statement
To inspire and motivate athletes in the world and ensure safety when they are engaging in their activities (Smithson, 2018). To achieve this, the company will provides the consumers with safe and quality products that will ensure that they reach their goals and participate fully in the athletics and other activities they might engage in. The organization believes that, if an individual has a body then, they have the potential to be an athlete. By providing them with quality products to use, the inspiration will be achieved. The company also seeks to bring on innovations and aspirations to every person who aspires to be an athlete. This mission is the catalyst that fuels the organization towards achieving its goals.
Vision Statement
Nike aim at remaining the most original and authentic fashion products to ensure connection and distinctiveness in the products and the consumption (Smithson, 2018). To achieve this vision, the organization aim at guaranteeing regular offering of products that would inspire the users to make more in their activities. The organization is also committed to improving the brand. The organization has also applied the vision statement which was developed and emphasized in the organization’s global growth strategy. The organization’s vision statement is made up of key components which includes; connectedness, authentic, and distinctiveness. The organization uses the word “authentic” in its vision statement to show that it’s committed to making its different products deliver quality performance to its clients. The “connected” element in the vision statement aims at ensuring that clients have a personal connection with the brand. The organization maintains the “distinct” element by providing its clients with the best products and those that directly suit their needs.

The company and all its personnel focus on the enhancement of performance in the products and the staff that use the products. The employees are encouraged and focused on enhancing their performance in their activities.

Nike products are authentic and original in all aspects including designs and material. All aspects about the products are enhanced and proven to be authentic in all aspects.

The organization is constantly working to improve the quality and type of products. This enhances the usage and motivation that the users of our product achieve by doing so. The Nike Company believes that innovation is basically a mindset and it’s the driving force towards achieving bigger and better products to its clients (Nike Inc., 2018).
Sustainability
The variety of Nike’s products remains at the utmost quality and authenticity. This ensures that the consumers of the products achieve their goals at every usage (King, 2010).
Impacting communities
The Nike organization believes that the world is the community and we ought to take actions that can impact positively. Sports have the power to move and impact the world in an extraordinary manner. The organization collaborates with the communities to change and impact the next generation.
Creation of an inclusive and diverse team
Nike Company believes that when diversity creates creativity. Having a diverse team ensures that there is inclusion of various perspectives in the brand. Creativity is important because it fuels diverse cultures around the world.
