Your evaluation of his foot shows that there are no signs of infection and that the joint where the big toe, second toe, and third toe meet is mildly swollen and slightly painful to touch. In the last two weeks, his blood pressure has been around 152/88. You think that his risk of ASCVD in 10 years is 16%.
