Running has great benefits for our body. It helps us get fit and also aids us to develop a good relationship with other people (Parker, 2016). It’s very easy to start this activity as you only require a pair of shoes and some commitments. When running, one should run slightly on the feet and avoid pounding on the feet. Athletes should avoid landing on their heels or on their toes as this can reduce their efficiency (HS-4-LegMovement, 2013). Adopting running skills is paramount in order to avoid foot injuries. Bad running habits may cause more harm than the benefits.
