The evidence-based tasks were important to enhancing the level of knowledge in nursing. However, during the previous task, I received feedback that there is a need to provide a specific technology that would enhance the work environment. The technology would help in monitoring the level of satisfaction of nurses while carrying out tasks (Jarosinski, Seldomridge & Reid, 2017). One of the crucial tools is using biometric data to measure the time nurses reported and left for work.
