Feedback: The theme of your paper seems to be that good administrators have a positive effect upon teachers, who in turn have a positive effect upon students. You marshal some research to support this premise. However, this is not at all what is needed in this assignment. Business research, like other scientific research, is about identifying business problems, and then asking questions about those problems, reviewing the relevant research that other researchers have conducted, identifying a research question that has not been answered yet, ant then designing a research study to collect data that can be used to contribute toward answering the question. I do not see any of these steps described or explained in your paper. The assignment asked you to: • The current state of research on the topic; • The context for your topic to understand the business setting; and • A reasonable and logical explanation of how your topic aligns with your specialization. I do not see where you are answering any of these elements in the paper. What problem are you planning to investigate? What is the current state of research on it? How does this fit with the larger issues surrounding the problem? Finally, you do not state what your specialization area is, and how whatever you are planning to do fits in to this. Your writing skills and APA formatting could use a little polishing but is a strength of your paper. You want to work on thinking like a researcher who is going to conduct their own independent study to contribute to the knowledge base of the profession. You are not there yet

A great school starts with a great administration. “When teachers work under a poor leader, the school or district culture is permeated by moral drops and negativity” (Lyons, 2018). Bad management or the absence of school leadership will undermine the aims of any school. It’s not only an element that affects individuals in the United States, but also elsewhere in the world. Students begin their learning journeys at an early age and their schooling influences their cognitive processes and personality into adulthood.
Strong school leadership will have a greater effect on learners and will encourage students to have a high-quality, welcoming atmosphere. In addition to offering a supportive and stimulating environment for children, educational organizations must prioritize the growth of staff members and invest in their employees. “It’s proof that good school leadership has a direct effect on the experience and performance of students” (Smith, 2019). School management teams can encourage their teachers to have top skills at all grade levels by integrating their teaching experience with their leadership abilities.
A great administration can lead to a good school by providing students with great quality of education leading to better achievements. “It’s proof that good school leadership has a direct effect on the experience and performance of students” (Smith, 2019). School management teams can encourage their teachers to have top skills at all grade levels by integrating their teaching experience with their leadership abilities. Successful professional development helps teachers to build the information and skills they need to meet the learning difficulties of students. Professional development is not effective because it encourages teachers to strengthen their preparation or causes managers to become better leaders in schools. “When professional development improves teacher learning, enhances or changes teacher behavior, and increases student learning, you have hit the PD sweet spot.” With strong school leadership, schools are becoming active incubators of learning.
