Think of a process–it could be as simple as making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, or changing a light bulb. Using Gliffy, create a flowchart for your process. What were some of your likes and dislikes of this software? Is there a program you prefer better? What is the purpose of diagramming a process and why is it important to have an understanding of this from a management perspective?
