Talent management As we know talent management is the process, where basically the organization will identify, hire the good developing team especially who are very good value to the organization for the future purpose. Not only they try to retain the employees who are skilled. One of the key responsibilities of talent management is to hire talented employees and retain them to achieve the goal of the organizations. The company not only involve in engaging the employees, but the human resource will aware of employees utilization to the company. It is very necessary to conduct talent review meeting on a regular basis, so that all kind of talent recognition, mergers and company growth (Masri, & Abubakr, 2019). Basically, talent management is adopted by increase the employees for the following reasons 1) Giving motivation to the employees: the basic concept is here to develop and motivate the employees to get work done and encourage them. In that way, it will fulfill the company goals. 2) Getting top talent: if any organization hires one of the best talents in the competitive market, then it is easy to reach the top level for the organization in their services. Finally, it will result in getting good results and performance. 3) Developing employee engagement: especially when the company focuses on employee development and they should feel more engagement. Finally, it will result in employee retention for future( Momtazian, 2016).
