This subdivision has recently been faced with some challenges, including overpopulation of inmates, budget constraints, and high attrition rates. The factors have led to outdated officer equipment, The main job of a corrections officer is to keep the public safe by keeping an eye on criminals and telling the people who sentenced or released them if they don’t follow the rules.
