Evidence-based practice is effective in achieving quality patient outcomes, patient satisfaction, and preventing adverse outcomes. Data-driven approaches recommend using patient-centered care to enhance quality care (Haverfield et al., 2020). The approach enhances care by reducing hospital-acquired infection and improve patient education to boost adherence.

For example, pregnant and nursing mothers should have sufficient time with their children and to rest. Evidence-based practice shows that job satisfaction can impact the quality of care.
